The HECO-TOPIX-plus Therm is specifically designed for the processing of compressible insulation materials. With its two threads, it enables a distance fastening where the underhead thread secures the counter battens. Forces acting on it, such as wind suction and pressure loads, are exclusively transferred through the thread from the counter batten and directed into the rafter. This prevents the counter batten from being pressed into the insulation material.

Compared to conventional fastening options, the HECO-TOPIX-plus Therm offers advantages in processing and material usage. In combination with the HECO-TOPIX-plus CombiConnect, it forms another system for efficient facade and roof insulation. Here, the occurring shear forces are absorbed using a shear wood in conjunction with the HECO-TOPIX-plus CombiConnect. This system also requires significantly fewer fastening points than traditional solutions.

Ideal for rafter insulation with compressible insulation materials. Compressive forces are directed directly into the rafter through the underhead thread. Increased load capacity due to the UK thread. Usable for common insulation materials. The HECO-TOPIX tip makes pre-drilling unnecessary, reduces the risk of wood splitting, and allows for tight edge and axis spacing.
