The Helios Fans Duct Fan SB 250 C is a radial duct fan with a soundproof housing. The housing is made of galvanized sheet steel and is compatible with round connection flanges for standard ducts. The sound-absorbing perforated sheet interior lining is backed with a 50 mm thick mineral fiber board. The cover is removable, and the fan chamber as well as the housing spiral are easily accessible. The motor and impeller are removable.

The high-performance drum impeller features forward-curved blades made of galvanized sheet steel. The operation is vibration-free due to dynamic balancing according to quality level G 6.3 VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940. The single-phase AC external rotor motor has a closed design, is maintenance-free, and the speed can be controlled by reducing the voltage. Built-in thermal contacts and sealed, low-noise ball bearings with long-term lubrication ensure reliable performance.
