The Helios Ventilatoren centrifugal roof fan RDW 250/4 features a horizontal discharge design with an efficiency-optimised aluminium housing and a newly developed high-performance radial impeller. The housing is made of seawater-resistant aluminium and includes an integrated mesh guard. The motor support plate and base plate with inlet nozzle are made of galvanised steel. The base plate is equipped with threaded screws for fastening accessories on the suction side, following the hole pattern according to DIN 24155, sheet 3. A guard grille is standard on the discharge side in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13857.

This fan includes a heavy-duty radial impeller with backward curved blades made of galvanised sheet steel, dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940-1. It features a speed-controllable single-phase AC external rotor motor in an enclosed design to IP44, with ball bearings that have moisture protection insulation. The fan is maintenance-free and interference-free, and comes with an external terminal box in protection class IP 65 as standard.
