Description
The SDS-Max 4-Cutter hammer drills from HiKOKI are robust and designed for demanding end users. They feature the same symmetrical 4-cutter spiral and excellent carbide plate with high-strength cutting edges. In this drill series, the carbide insert is no longer cross-shaped; instead, the 4-cutter is formed by a main plate with two carbide side plates at a 90° angle. The unique design of the drill tip prevents the drill from jamming when striking reinforced concrete. Another advantage of the carbide plates is the built-in wear indicator, which allows for timely replacement of the drill. This ensures consistent and reliable tolerances of the drill hole and ultimately enables a perfect fit for the anchor.
