The RUHR-BRILLANT Holsteiner sand shovel, with its straight front edge, is particularly well-suited for efficiently picking up loose materials such as sand and soil from solid ground. An important aspect of a shovel is the socket (handle attachment) and the socket position (angle between the shovel blade and handle). This shovel model has the most common socket position (¾ raised). The combination with the long handle allows for material pickup from the ground in an upright and back-friendly posture.

Another advantage of this shovel is the heavy-duty socket – an additional rib (reinforcement) makes the transition from the blade to the socket even more durable.
