ÖLFLEX® Heat 180 C MS is a silicone connection and shielded control cable, UL/CSA AWM approved for use in North America in mechanical engineering up to +180 °C. It is designed for areas with high ambient temperatures where insulation and sheathing materials of conventional cables become brittle after a short time. Typical areas of application include steel, ceramic and metallurgical plants, bakery machines and industrial oven construction, electric motor industry, sauna and solarium construction, heating elements, lighting technology, fan construction, air-conditioning technology, electroplating technology, plastics processing, and generator and transformer construction, as well as wind energy plant construction.
