Product details

Mersen Protistor fuse links 1250/1300V for semiconductor protection offer a wide range of flexibility in application for the protection of modern power converter devices. This is a super-fast series that is fully capable of protecting power semiconductors such as diodes, thyristors, GTOs, and IGBT components. Protistor fuse links are available in various sizes and numerous rated currents, allowing for extensive device adaptation. The fuses contain melt conductors embedded in sand, ensuring very good overall interrupting ratings (I2t) and high switching capabilities. The contact surfaces are silver-plated, and all components are non-magnetic. All fuses in this series feature a functional indicator that, in addition to its visual display function, can also be used to remotely signal the fuse function via an additional microswitch.
