The tooth material is made from a high-quality HSS alloy with an 8% cobalt content, ensuring excellent durability even in metal. The bi-metal construction with electronically welded HSS teeth on a special steel body provides optimal cutting quality and long service life. Thanks to the high wear resistance of the HSS alloy, the hole saws are ideal for demanding tasks, such as cutting stainless steel, acid-resistant metals, and softer materials like wood.

The hole saw body has a thickness of 1.27 mm and is very stable and self-elastic. The effective cutting depth is 41 mm. The heavy-duty back made of strong steel ensures high stability and reduced vibrations. With 4 pin holes for easy securing of the adapter and a precisely manufactured, circular back for optimal run-out, this is particularly important for hole saws of larger diameters. Unique cutouts facilitate the removal of the drill core.
