NZR Current transformer
Product details
The TKR series current transformers are inductive, single-conductor current transformers that operate on the transformer principle. They are used to adapt the primary measurement value to the input rated values of the connected measuring devices. Due to the applied measurement principle, these current transformers are suitable for exclusive use in alternating current networks. The TK series is only suitable for installation on insulated primary conductors.
These current transformers are suitable for low-voltage systems (DIN EN 60044/1, DIN 42600, DIN VDE 0414/1) and can be retrofitted without opening the conductor circuit. The housing can be opened via a plastic joint. They operate at frequencies of 50 to 60 Hz and are designed for secondary currents of 5 A. The operating voltage is up to 720 V, and the accuracy class is 1 in accordance with IEC 1036. The temperature range is from -5 to +50 °C, and they are suitable for installation on cable lines.
The unbreakable plastic housing is made of gray polyamide and is flame-retardant. The insulation test is conducted at 3 kV Ueff, 50 Hz, for 1 minute. The fixed connection cable has a length of 0.50 m and a cross-section of 1.5 mm².
Technical data TKR 32: Primary current up to 100 A, secondary current 5 A, internal dimensions (H x W) Ø 32.5 mm, external dimensions (H x W) 96.4 x 59.2 mm, fixed connection 0.50 m, Ø 1.5 mm², brown S1 - blue S2, depth (D) 89.2 mm, accuracy class 3, burden 1.5 VA.
