Abrasive nylon round brush with silicon carbide for finishing, designed for use on polishing trestle machines and CNC machines. Bore size is 31.75 mm.

Advantages include a uniform abrasive effect, as new abrasive material is constantly released as the backing material wears down. It offers high elasticity and flexibility without the risk of breakage, and there is no clogging of the backing surface with work residues. Suitable for both wet and dry work, as nylon does not absorb significant amounts of coolant or lubricant. It is resistant to weak acids and alkalis, requires no trimming in normal use, and has a long service life under optimum conditions. Appropriate speed is 22 m/sec, with low contact pressure and low heat generation.

Areas of application include the removal of light rust from car bodies, deburring and fine sanding of lamellas, printed circuit boards, and printed circuits, deburring of cutting and punching burrs, roughening and matting of plastics, and sanding of wood and plywood.

Scope of delivery includes round brushes of 150, 178, and 200 mm diameter, with drill reducers of 13, 15, 16, 19, 20 mm, 7/8″, and 1″.
