The Novoflex B tube brush from Osborn is a versatile honing tool specifically designed for processing holes with a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 50 mm. It features a silicon carbide bristle material, making it particularly robust and durable. The flexible construction of the brush allows the abrasive balls to optimally adapt to the respective surface, ensuring a gentle grinding process. This brush is excellent for edge breaking and finishing surfaces, even in irregular holes. It produces a uniformly fine-ground surface with a high carrying ratio, known as a plateau finish. With a maximum speed of 700 RPM, it is ideal for various materials such as steel, aluminum, gray cast iron, and stainless steel.
