Product details

The Novoflex B tube brush from Osborn is a self-centering honing tool specifically designed for finishing surfaces and edge breaking. With a bristle made of flexible silicon carbide balls, the brush adapts optimally to various surfaces, including irregular holes. The brush is suitable for use on handheld drills as well as stationary machines, allowing for precise processing with a high material removal rate, resulting in uniformly finely ground surfaces. The recommended speed is between 350 and 700 RPM, with a contact time of 20 to 40 seconds for optimal results. The use of grinding oil is recommended to extend the tool's lifespan and enhance processing efficiency.
