Special product advantages: ideal for use on small areas of components made from untempered steel, stainless steel (INOX), and non-ferrous metals. It achieves a fine, glossy finish. The soft, elastic grain binding guarantees a gentle, fine grinding behavior.

Poliflex fine grinding tools with LR bond are made with white corundum. The LR bond is a hard, stable bond. Special product advantages: ideal for fine grinding on surfaces of components made from hardened and tempered steel and titanium. Good material removal performance with high service life and fine grinding finish.

Application:

• Fine grinding work in tool and mold making
• Grinding of components made from nickel-based alloys
• Creating a fine surface finish on components made from high-temperature resistant, heat-resistant alloys

Application recommendation:

• Poliflex fine grinding pins with LR bond achieve their best performance at a recommended cutting speed of 15 - 20 m/s.
• Bend shafts, electric, and pneumatic straight grinders can be used as tool drives.
