  • Reading 15-minute meter readings (consumption and feed-in values) from the registers of electronic electricity meters
  • Reading power values at 1-2 second intervals for consumption and feed-in sides from electronic electricity meters
  • Local intermediate storage of meter readings and power values on the poweropti
  • Use of extensive transparency, comparison, and alarm functions via the powerfox app (iOS and Android)
  • Access to all data via the cloud API of the powerfox service (for private customers), e.g., for integration with smart home platforms

Supported meters and protocols:

  • Compatible with meters according to the FNN specifications for basic meters 1.4.1 with data output in SML protocol and IEC1107

The following requirements are necessary for the use of the poweropti device:

  • Compatible electronic electricity meter with optical customer interface
  • Sufficient WLAN reception strength near the meter
  • Free space for the installation of the poweropti WLAN antenna outside the meter cabinet.
