The threaded turning insert ISO TN 22EN600TR:T8030 is a highly developed solution for precise thread cutting. This single-sided, triangular insert with an inner circle diameter of 12.7 mm is suitable for both right-hand and left-hand cutting tools. It has been specifically designed for machining trapezoidal TR external threads with a pitch of 6 mm. The T8030 PVD coating provides enhanced wear resistance and enables the machining of materials such as steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. This insert is ideal for use in combination with an SE (RL) -S threaded turning tool and offers reliable performance in demanding applications.

  • Suitable for trapezoidal threads with a 6 mm pitch
  • Triangular shape with a 60° included angle for optimal cutting performance
