Does anyone know of a roller shutter actuator that is compatible with Philips HUE (in connection with Apple Home Kit automation)? Ideally, it should be able to be installed in the socket and have connections for a (Feller) button with which it can then also be operated manually.

Is the power supply to the motor (output of actuator) interrupted after the awning/roller shutter has been lowered?

Yes, a relay switches off the phase. The neutral conductor remains connected, but does not carry any current when switched off.
