Dear DTU buyers. I have the same problem. Over a week ago, I contacted Galaxus support regarding the installer account. account. Unfortunately, I have already called 3 times. I was promised an answer date, which was not kept. So far I have still not heard anything. Could you solve the problem??? The only solution I can see is to return the product and place a new order with another distributor. Other distributors just deliver the account with the hardware, which is actually logical. My tip: Build an Ahoy DTU. You can get the parts plus jumper cables for 30Fr with shipping or less from Swiss dealers. You can read the data from the inverter and even permanently block (reduce) the inverter to a certain value. For example, if you have a Hoymiles greater than 600W, you can set it to 600W and comply with Swiss law.
