Is it possible that there are problems or high failure rates with this product in general? I am now on No. 3 (!!!) after No. 2 was returned, unpacked again and does not work. I thought I was too stupid, but you really can't do anything wrong. I set it to the current time, but then it just doesn't start/run?

The product worked for me all winter. I also bought a watch from Steffen years ago that had the same problem, but it wasn't exactly the same type.
