Product details

Range: Acti 9. series: iCT. Coil voltage: 220 - 240 V AC. Rated contact current: 25 A. Rated contact voltage: 400 V AC. Number and position of contacts: 4-pole. Contact configuration: 4 NO contacts. Power: 1.6 W. Connection type: Screw fixing. Width: 81 mm. Max. operating temperature: +60 °C. Acti 9 iCT contactors from Schneider Electric enable power switching in single-phase 3-phase loads. The contactors in the TeSys GC series are safe, simple to use and easy to install. These devices with their compact dimensions are suitable for a wide variety of applications. Features and benefits: Integrated auxiliary contacts for additional switching options. Screw terminals: IP20 finger-safe terminals with North American and international terminal markings. Panel mounting with screws or DIN rail mounting possible. Pulse relay function. Day/night function. Class 2 insulation: complete safety for operators and third parties. What is the difference between AC-7a and AC-7b when selecting an iCT contactor? These utilisation categories determine which load the contactors switch: AC-7a are for light inductive loads for household appliances such as mixers and blenders. AC-7b are intended for motorised loads for household appliances such as fans and central hoovers. Do spacers need to be fitted between the contactors in the iCT range? If several contactors are mounted on a DIN rail, spacers should be used after every second contactor. The reason for this is that several contactors next to each other can generate a lot of heat, causing the devices to exceed their operating temperature. The coils themselves are designed to be 100% switched on 24 hours a day and the heat must be dissipated, so a spacer is required.
