The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor has a torque of 1.27 Nm and a rated power of 0.6 kW at 6000 rpm (380-480V) as well as 0.4 kW at 3000 rpm (200-240V). It has an IP64 protection class, a cylindrical shaft with dimensions of D19x40 mm, and an absolute encoder with 22 Bit + 12 Bit Multiturn (Encoder AM22DQC) with OCC interface and an M17 size connector.
The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability. They are available in two variants: High Dynamic for high-dynamic applications with low moving masses and Compact for precise and stable control with medium to large moving masses.
In a system with the SINAMICS S210 frequency converter and the simple connection via One Cable Connection (OCC) technology, they demonstrate their strengths, including short settling and positioning times as well as fast and precise disturbance compensation. The servo motor can be configured according to different requirements, for example, with or without a holding brake, IP64 or IP65 protection class, and various absolute encoders.
