The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor has a torque of 2.4 Nm and a rated power of 1.07 kW at 6000 RPM (380-480V) and 0.75 kW at 3000 RPM (200-240V). It is equipped with a holding brake and has an IP65 protection rating. The shaft has a diameter of 19 mm and a length of 40 mm with a keyway. The motor features an absolute encoder with 22 Bit + 12 Bit multiturn (Encoder AM22DQC) and an OCC interface. The connector is M17 size and is rotatable.

The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability. They are available in two variants: High Dynamic for high-dynamic applications with low moving masses and Compact for precise control with medium to large moving masses.

In the system with the SINAMICS S210 frequency inverter and One Cable Connection (OCC) technology, the servo motors demonstrate their strengths, including short settling and positioning times as well as fast and precise disturbance compensation. The servo motor can be configured according to different requirements, for example, with or without a holding brake, protection class IP64 or IP65, and various absolute encoders.

The servo motors are available in different shaft heights ranging from 20 to 100. A shaft seal for achieving the IP65 protection class is also available for retrofitting the motor or as a spare part.
