The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servomotor has a torque of 5 Nm and a rated power of 1.45 kW at 3000 rpm (380-480V) as well as 0.79 kW at 1500 rpm (200-240V). It features a holding brake, protection class IP65, a cylindrical shaft with dimensions D19x40 mm, an absolute encoder with 22 Bit + 12 Bit multiturn (Encoder AM22DQC), an OCC interface, and an M17 connector.

The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servomotors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability. They are available in two variants: High Dynamic for high-dynamic applications with low moving masses and Compact for precise and stable control with medium to large moving masses.

The servomotors demonstrate their strengths in conjunction with the SINAMICS S210 frequency converter and the simple connection via One Cable Connection (OCC) technology. Advantages include short settling and positioning times, as well as rapid and precise disturbance compensation while maintaining stable high-dynamic control.

The servomotor can be configured according to various requirements, for example, with or without a holding brake, protection class IP64 or IP65, and different absolute encoders (singleturn or multiturn). Additionally, the servomotors are available in various shaft heights from 20 to 100. A shaft seal for achieving protection class IP65 is also available for retrofitting the motor or as a spare part.
