The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor has a torque of 12 Nm, a rated power of 2.7 kW at 3000 rpm (380-480V), and 1.64 kW at 1500 rpm (200-240V). It features an IP65 protection rating, a cylindrical shaft with dimensions D24x50 mm, an absolute encoder with 22 Bit + 12 Bit multiturn (Encoder AM22DQC), and an OCC interface. The connector is size M23 and is rotatable.

The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors that are characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability. They are available in two variants: High Dynamic for high-dynamic applications with low moving masses and Compact for precise and stable control with medium to large moving masses.

In conjunction with the SINAMICS S210 frequency inverter and the simple connection via One Cable Connection (OCC) technology, the servo motors demonstrate their strengths. Advantages include short settling and positioning times, as well as fast and precise disturbance compensation at high dynamics.

The servo motor can be configured according to various requirements, for example, with or without a holding brake, protection class IP64 or IP65, and different absolute encoders (singleturn or multiturn). Additionally, the servo motors are available in different shaft heights ranging from 20 to 100. A shaft seal for achieving the IP65 protection class is also available for retrofitting the motor or as a spare part.
