The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servomotor has a torque of 3.2 Nm, a rated power of 1 kW at 3000 rpm (380-480V), and 0.5 kW at 1500 rpm (200-240V). It is equipped with a holding brake, has a protection class of IP64, and features a cylindrical shaft with dimensions D14x30 mm. The absolute encoder is a singleturn 22bit (Encoder AS22DQC) with an OCC interface and an M17 connector.

The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servomotor is suitable for a wide range of applications in industrial environments. These servomotors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability.

The motors are available in two variants: High Dynamic (highest dynamics due to low inertia for highly dynamic applications with low moving masses) and Compact (precise and stable control for medium to large moving masses due to a medium moment of inertia).

The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servomotors demonstrate their strengths in conjunction with the SINAMICS S210 frequency converter and the simple connection via One Cable Connection (OCC) technology. Advantages include short settling and positioning times, fast and precise disturbance compensation, and stable control at high dynamics.

The servomotor can be configured according to various requirements, for example, with or without a holding brake, protection class IP64 or IP65, as well as with singleturn or multiturn absolute encoders. Additionally, the servomotors are available in different shaft heights ranging from 20 to 100.

A shaft seal to achieve protection class IP65 is available for mounting on the motor, both for retrofitting and as a spare part.
