Stainless steel actuator with lateral mounting for extreme environmental conditions such as minus 40 degrees, featuring enhanced corrosion protection for safety position switches with latching 3SE5312/3SE5322 and AS-i, 3SF13, as well as safety position switches with separate actuators without latching 3SE51/3SE52 and AS-i, 3SF11/12. The SIRIUS 3SE5 actuator is designed for position and location detection of machine parts and monitoring of protective devices. The modular design of the 3SE5 position switches allows for a wide variety of configurations with a small number of stock types. The extensive variety of connectors and rollers meets nearly all requirements in industrial everyday use. LEDs indicate the current status of the device. Thanks to fast connection technology, connection times can be significantly reduced. Switching points and mounting comply with EN 50047 and EN 50041. The devices are globally approved (IEC, UL). With the appropriate switch configuration, the highest safety requirements according to PL e or SIL 3 can be met. The integrated ASIsafe electronics require low power consumption. Various housing sizes are available, with different switching elements, in plastic or metal or compact design. Some variants are optionally available with LED status indicators and M12 connectors. The 3SF1 series, with direct connection to the AS-Interface bus system, completes the portfolio.
