Seedling pots are made from a mixture of coconut fiber and wood substrate. They contain no peat and are sustainable and resource-efficient. The pots are 100% biodegradable and designed for direct planting into the soil, eliminating transplant shock for the young plants. The breathable outer walls of the pots allow for the so-called air pruning effect, which helps cuttings develop a particularly healthy and more branched root system. The air exchange at the roots causes individual root strands to dehydrate, which in turn stimulates the growth of additional root strands.
