This carbon steel hole saw with mandrel is specially designed for use in wood and drywall panels (e.g. plasterboard and OSB) and is available in many diameters (Ø 25 - 68 mm). The cutting depth is 30 mm, so you can also use them to drill through double-panelled plasterboard walls. The hexagonal shank allows it to be quickly locked in the chuck of your drill or cordless screwdriver. You can also use the carbon steel hole saw in machines with ¼" holders or bit holders. A centring drill bit (Ø 6 mm) with a length of 70 mm makes it easier for you to position your hole precisely. The 3-tooth groups score particularly highly when used with less powerful cordless machines, as they only offer very low drilling resistance. At the same time, the tooth geometry ensures fine and clean cuts. When drilling, the drill core is reduced in size by the special tooth position so that it can then be easily levered out of the hole saw and removed via the side openings.
