Hello, I have a problem with the pairing (I don't know if it's me or the device). I have read and watched the YouTube videos that show how to do it several times. However, no matter how hard I try, it doesn't work. I can see the indicator light flashing but when I press the switch on the remote control, nothing happens. I asked for a warranty for the first one and I received a 2nd one... and I still have the same problem! So I'm starting to wonder what I'm doing wrong!? Should I add a battery or something I'm really confused.

Hello,
I have the same problem. Did you get it to work in the end?
Best regards.

Hello, try to reset the cube, hold down the cube button for 10 sec. and start the pairing again.
Press the button on the cube for 5 sec, it flashes and press the control once, you hear a little click and it stops flashing.
It works for me!

Thank you very much for your answers. I don't think I'm stupid enough to miss such a simple procedure and I've tried to press as hard as possible or as fast as possible or several combinations without success... I think I'm really unlucky

Hello,
I had the same problem I think...
You have to press the button very hard. It is the force that makes the energy for the signal.
With time it gets easier...
Good luck

For me, I have no problem, the PowerCube worked the first time without touching anything.
I don't understand why it doesn't work for you.
I hope you will solve the problem.
Best regards.
