If it works in the Shelly application, even in web mode you see the two tiles of the two channels as the starting page by entering the IP number. Try other browsers, maybe the one you are using does not show the device.

Why don't you use the Shelly app to integrate the Shelly's? The new devices can now be added via Bluetooth. Totally easy.

Shelly support if necessary...it will take a few days for your ticket to be processed. I once had a second-hand device where they had to remove the "cloud" from the predecessor...

Can you initiate an update via the app? Possibly also to a beta version.
