Just as the blood-soaked curtain fell to mark the end of the Sin War, Mephisto struck a deal to take Inarius as his prisoner, condemning Inarius, one of the creators of Sanctuary, to eternal torment in the Burning Hells for all eternity. By a miracle, Inarius escaped the Hells and returned to the world he had co-founded: Sanctuary. Now, the alleged return of Lilith, the Daughter of Hatred, troubles Inarius, who has sworn to defend his creation at all costs. After many years of separation, the paths of the two will cross again, and what was built now threatens to be destroyed.
