The total circulation of this work has surpassed 10 million, and its TV animation was broadcast in October 2018. Furthermore, a second season of the TV animation is scheduled for broadcast in 2023.

The story follows a boy who has a traumatic memory of his elder sister being assaulted in the past. He becomes an adventurer who is dedicated to fighting goblins, earning the title "Goblin Slayer." He is a rare individual who has ascended to the silver rank (3rd rank). The narrative unfolds as he embarks on adventures with his companions, including the Priestess.
