ORATEX® is an iron-on polyester covering fabric, ideal for all scale models, large models, and historical models.

  • Easy application: Thanks to the flexibility of the material and a 15% biaxial shrinkage, ORATEX® can be effortlessly applied around edges and curves. Wrinkles can be easily removed with a film heat gun or hot air blower.
  • Fantastic high adhesive strength: ORATEX® has double the adhesive strength of conventional covering fabrics.
  • Remarkable strength and durability of the fabric.
  • Protective seal: ORATEX® comes factory-treated with a fuel and oil-resistant seal. You can paint ORATEX®, but it's not necessary!
  • 20 attractive colors.
