Tigerbox is ultimately an app, there is nothing on the box itself. So take a look at the homepage. Since the whole thing is heavily populated with songs from Germany, I don't think it has French songs. The box itself doesn't speak much, so it's irrelevant for there.

This is a 3 watt speaker and it has no option to block the sound unfortunately. There is no specific information on the maximum dB of the product, only on the power. However this product is not available at the moment, but we have a newer model: Tigermedia Tigerbox Touch
