My daughter got the lamp at Christmas and the noise is so loud, does anyone know if it can be switched off? no one can sleep with this noise.

The sound is created when the beads collide with the lamp itself due to the rotation of the water.

So there is no remedy, only a reduction of the content can bring about an improvement
