Vehicle no longer runs. Not sure if it is the charging cable or the vehicle: According to the user manual, the USB plug on the cable should have two LEDs (red/green). Green never lights up for me (?); when one battery is connected, however, it is permanently red and flashes red for the other battery. What is your experience, i.e. which LEDs light up when charging/full charging?

Red LED on USB cable, battery is not yet connected or not connected correctly. Red LED continuously and green LED flashing Charging process.
Battery fully charged red and green LED light up continuously ..." black connection from battery is from vehicle white connection from battery is to charge".
