Extremely long-lasting waterproof eye liner. The Soft Eye Liner waterproof is extremely long-lasting thanks to its newly developed formulation. Once dry, it becomes smudge-proof and waterproof. The pleasantly creamy consistency of the lead ensures easy and precise application. The Soft Eye Liner blends out well immediately after application and is characterised by good colour pay-off and high coverage. It is fragrance-free and contains natural antioxidants and vitamin E.
