Start by inserting the love ball without weight into the vagina, just like a tampon. Intimichic Pelvis Health I is held in place by the passive contraction of the pelvic floor muscles. Try to hold it for 15 minutes. Due to its own weight, the love ball will begin to descend and fall. This triggers a spontaneous reflex contraction of the pelvic floor muscles.
If you can comfortably hold this weight, continue with the love ball with the lightest weight. Open the protective screw cap and repeat the same action for 15 minutes a day.
