Nouba Inkiostro Lip Definer Lip Contour Pencil No. 36 is a liquid lip liner in pencil form with a tattoo effect. It is extremely long-lasting, water- and smudge-proof, and has a matte finish. The lip liner is easy to handle like a felt-tip pen and can be applied precisely in a thin layer using the ergonomic tip. Dermatologically tested. Vitamin B provides an energizing effect.

Application: Lightly trace the lip contour with the Nouba Inkiostro, allow it to dry, and then apply lipstick. To ensure unrestricted color delivery, it is important that the Inkiostro is never applied over already made-up lips, but only on clean, bare lips. Otherwise, the pores of the tip will become clogged, and it will no longer deliver full color intensity.
