The Nouba Millebaci is a unique kiss-proof lipstick. It applies liquid, dries quickly, and achieves extreme adhesion within seconds without drying out the lips. It is smudge-proof, does not feather at the edges, does not settle into lip lines, and provides perfect hold for many hours with a light, silky matte finish. Silicone elastomers create a flexible film, while porcelain clay offers a mattifying and long-lasting effect. Beeswax and borage seed oil provide moisture, keeping the lips soft and supple. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant.

Application: Apply the Nouba Millebaci with the applicator, use a lip liner for a 3D effect, and then fill in with lip brush No. 10 or No. 11. Allow to dry briefly after application.
