The Nouba Millebaci is a unique kiss-proof lipstick. It applies liquid, dries down, and achieves extreme adhesion within seconds without drying out the lips. It is smudge-proof, does not bleed at the edges, does not settle into lip lines, and offers perfect hold for many hours with a light, silky matte finish. Silicone elastomers create a flexible film, while porcelain clay provides a matte and long-lasting effect. Beeswax and borage seed oil moisturize and keep the lips soft and supple. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant.

Application: Apply the Nouba Millebaci with the applicator, use a lip liner for a 3D effect, and then fill in with lip brush No. 10 or No. 11. Allow to dry briefly after application.
