Instructions for use
Wrap 5 centimetres of dental floss around your middle fingers. Carefully guide the dental floss between the teeth to the gum line. Wrap the floss around the tooth in an arc so that it touches as much of the tooth surface as possible. Gently move the floss up and down. Use a fresh section of dental floss for each tooth.
