Heat water in a pot and place the enclosed thermometer and mouthguards inside. Once the optimal temperature is reached, place each splint in the mouth individually. Close your mouth and wait until the rails have solidified or cooled down. Now connect the splints to the adjustable band to allow the lower jaw to advance.
