Extracted from the nuts of the jojoba shrub (Simmondsia chinensis), native to the deserts of Central America, Jojoba oil is actually not an oil but a liquid wax (97% unsaturated wax esters), making it very long-lasting (it cannot go rancid). It is suitable as a base oil for all skin types and is ideal for the daily care of normal, dry, and flaky skin, as well as dry lips. After sun exposure, it provides pleasant care.
