The texture is soft and smooth with excellent color payoff. It comes in 30 irresistible shades that are perfectly coordinated with Vamp! eyeshadows. Your eyes will be amazingly emphasized, enhanced, and intense.

The formula contains jojoba oil for softening and nourishing, along with antioxidant vitamins E and C, and cottonseed oil for added softness and moisture.
