This item works with a power plug. :)
The cooling temperature is about 16~20℃ below the room temperature. So around 3~7℃ depending on the room temperature. The maximum noise level is around 28~32db.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any information on this. I am sorry. But maybe someone else who has bought the item will come forward and measure it for you.
