Hi all, I ordered the scale last week and received it on Friday. The weight measurements are accurate but the fat and muscle percentages vary more than 2% and 4% respectively, and this within 2 days. The weight changes less than one kilo Now the question. Is the scale defective? I mean, if I am going to have such fluctuations in the measurements, why do I need it? Then a simple scale would be sufficient. Thanks for your help/feedback/hints

Don't worry. I have asked myself the same questions. The system used (BMI) has many variables that affect the measurement and one of them is the water present in the body. In summary, the differences in measurement are normal and in no way do you have to forget that it is not a professional device. I recommend taking measurements in the morning, shortly after getting up and weekly, and not after a shower or physical activity.
