The correct labelling here would be Premium GUM CARE and not Premium Plaque Defence.

How can it be that the price in the mail has fallen by 11% (58.90 to 51.90), but on the website only by 9% (56.90 to 51.90)? Ok, the final price remains the same, but the basic price is different...

There are currently more frequent price fluctuations for this product. Therefore, there may be different price differences depending on the date.

Today's e-mail said the item is now 18% cheaper, less than 2 hours later I check the website and now it's only 14%? I understand that you have dynamic prices, but the fact that the discount changes several times within one day is probably a cheek.

Unfortunately, the promotion is not valid for all brush heads, only for those listed here: https://www.galaxus.ch/de... Unfortunately, Gum Care is not included.

Are the bristles on this brush really nice and soft, comparable for example to the "old" non-smart soft brushes from Philips Sonicare? I really want very soft, gentle bristles....

Soft? No, quite the opposite. The brush is extremely hard and unyielding. Gum Torture would probably be a better description. I would not recommend it.

I have the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9000 HX9911/9 and they fit. At Galaxus under the product G3 Premium Gum Care it is listed under specifications that these are suitable for Sonicare ProtectiveClean, among others. I assume that they are suitable.

How soft are these bristles? I used to have an old Sonicare with the normal soft brushes (not smart brushes) and would like to replace it. But I really want very gentle brushes/bristles like the "normal" Sonicare soft brush or even softer.
