Yes, they are the same. The ProResults brushes are marked C1, strangely not in the Philips photos. Have fun with the clean teeth 😬

Yes, they fit. All brush heads that are displayed as "accessories" on your toothbrush are compatible.
Sonicare brush heads are compatible with all Sonicare toothbrush models. I have also ordered various Sonicare heads that were compatible without any problems.
