I have a Waterpik Sensonic Professional Toothbrush. Can the battery be changed? The description says that this is not possible. If so, I would send you the appliance. Would you also have to have the charging station?

I have plugged in the charging station of my Waterpik SR3000-E and put on the toothbrush holder. But nothing happens. No light, nothing. Did I miss something or do I just have to wait 24 hours?
