Effective
It is applied in less than 5 minutes. It is an effective product against swelling of the lower limbs. I am very satisfied.

Works well, but kinda fiddly
Does what you expect it to do - alternately squeezes your feet/calves/thighs. From a gentle squeeze to really hard, depending on your needs. I've used ones with a centre zip, and that's SO much easier than all these velcro straps. There are lots of pipes to connect-up, especially if you're using the thigh too, so you might want to just set it up and not pack it away in the carry bag between uses.
