Good for weight, other measurements vary to much intraday
If you want to use it as reference value. Ok.
If something more accurate, better looking for a higher end.

Ingenious
Scale works best directly after showering, when the body is still slightly damp. If you have not showered for more than 1 day, the sensors do not detect you correctly and it must be selected via the buttons of the user.
In Google Fit not all data is taken over, so Samsung Health is the better choice!Pro

I bought it so I would not have to enter my weight and Body composition data manually in Samsung Health.
The right way to do this is just go into Samsung Health Accessories and find Omron Viva then do register, if it fails unpair it in your mobile Bluetooth settings then start over. I managed to work that I weigh then I click Set button on Scale and then Bluetooth button on scale and if phone is withing proximity the weight and body composition data gets transferred to Samsung Health.
I had left 3/5 stars earlyer because I was following the manual that came with the scale, and connected scale to Samsung Healths via Google Fit via Omron app, which is not a way to go if you want to have all your data. Omron app syncs with Google fit which then in turn syncs with Samsung Health, but it only transfers weight, and not body comp.

Everything under control
I paired the scale with my OMRON X7 Smart blood pressure monitor in just a few minutes and now I can see how I'm doing in the morning and evening on OMRON Connect. At my last visit to the doctor, I was able to send the evaluation of the measurements to the doctor as a PDF and he was delighted. Thanks to the diagram settings, I now also have better control over my weight. This scale is worth the money.
